3. Keep every idea, fact and number from the notes.
4. Do not invent facts, examples or figures that are not in the notes.
5. Where the notes have a gap the document needs, insert [TO ADD: what is missing].
After the document, list the gaps and any notes you could not place. How to use it#
- Copy the skill and paste your notes as they are; messy is fine.
- Set the document type, reader and tone.
- Fill every [TO ADD] gap yourself before you share it.
Example#
Paste 25 bullet points from a planning session. You get a two-page proposal with an introduction, three sections and next steps, plus four [TO ADD] gaps such as the budget figure.
Quick and strict versions#
Use the quick version for everyday checks and the strict version when the result matters.
Turn these notes into a clear [DOCUMENT TYPE] with headings. Keep my ideas; do not add facts. Mark gaps with [TO ADD].

Frequently asked questions
Can I paste a voice-memo transcript?
Yes. Transcripts work well; the skill keeps your ideas and drops the filler.
Why does it mark gaps instead of filling them?
So it does not invent facts in your name. You fill the gaps with real information.
Will it sound like me?
Paste a short sample of your writing and ask it to match the style.
